Each shirt is printed for one person. It cannot be put back on a shelf and sold to somebody else, and that shapes what we can take back.

Damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered

We replace it and you pay nothing. Send a photo of the problem and your order number. You do not need to post the bad shirt back to us.

Check the size guide before you order. Because the shirt was printed for you, a change of mind about size is not covered the same way a fault is.

Email us your order number and a photo. A person reads every message.
